We gladly acknowledge that the family is God's choice vessel for the formation of our kids. The church can't do it for you, and Imago most certainly can't. What we can do is partner with you to ensure that your student receives the highest level of education and the most intentional biblical instruction day after day, while providing you with the tools you need to teach and disciple them well at home. That's why our school will follow a 3/2 schedule—3 days at school and 2 more at home, ensuring that parents play a key role in their kids' education and discipleship.
Yes, classical comes third. Unlike teaching the Bible and pursuing family discipleship, classical education is not commanded in Scripture. Rather, as we look at the landscape of the 21st century Western world, we see a litany of problems that we can best address by retrieving the classical model of education that has been displaced by the failing progressive model. By instructing your child in this way we can ensure that he or she has the tools to flourish in all of life, especially their faith.
